Thor: Love and Thunder **BEWARE SPOILERS**

Unless I'm mistaken, both Man Thor and Lady Thor's helmets looks like fake CGI inserted in post-production.

Genuine question, why can't actors just have helmets built for them to then wear on set?

Probably the same reason as all the CGI capes. It's just cumbersome to work with. I know on Mandalorian the stunt team talked about the challenges of wearing a helmet for some of the stunts.

As for just stationary scenes, they may wear them. But they may also want to just keep it consistent that they're all CGI and not having a jarring effect from switching between practical and CGI.

Cringe? That scene with his massive hammer was hilarious. Hemsworth's delivery was amazing.

Also, good lord that scene from Love and Thunder. That man is a beast.

I'm not sure if that joke is going to land, it kind of feels like a bit of an outdated trope that would show up in something from the 80s.

Yes I’ll obviously go watch this BUT Marvel needs to get their **** together regarding the cause of this Multiverse thing.

I said this over a year ago but they are just throwing everything at the wall to see whatever sticks.

Anyways then Wandavision messed with the Multiverse.

Then the Kang plot thread.

Then NWH.

You know they'll show several guys passing out too because well...modern Disney.

I typically have no problem with "girl power" type characters or chicks kicking *** and can name tons of examples of awesome female heroes over the years.

But Mjolnir refusing to fly into Thor's hand and instead going to Jane is really off putting IMO. God forbid it consider the man who took on Thanos twice, killed him once, and prevented the utter annihilation of the entire universe to be "worthy" when science Jane is standing by.

Sure the Russos had epic fun with Cap being worthy but they still made sure to include that one gag where Mjolnir chose Thor over Cap mid-battle until Thor made them trade weapons.

I mean I think of other similar characters in decades past. He-Man and She-Ra for instance. Both had their own power swords that "if they be worthy, shall possess the power of Grayskull" (or close enough) yet He-Man's sword never flat out rejected him in favor of his sister. What an insult.

IDK, I think it makes perfect sense. I'd choose being 'handled' by Natalie Portman over Chris Helmsworth any day of the week. That Mjolnir is one smart hammer.

Yea it’s funnny at first but then we remember he got his *** kicked got scared and then became calm smart hulk. The way it happened was just … disrespectful and he never got redemption. Got his *** kicked then became some nerdy big green man.
