Absolutely, #94, same box/same statue. I will say the box had a bit more wear on it when it came back through the mail the second time, but as long as the box still holds the statue I'm not that much of stickler.

Alright, who's working on a nice thick red cloth cape for this guy!

I wouldnt do cloth on him. Surprisingly his cape isnt that heavy and it doesnt take up added space like Superman's did. So I'd keep him as is, not to mention the top two discs on his outfit are connected to the cape.
