Uh, with the PVC fiasco that's going on with the MoS PF, I'm a little concerned that this one is going to be PVC too given the fact that it only weighs 3lbs more than MoS PF, and half that of the Superman PF. Especially since the reason they gave for the MoS PF being PVC is that the fabric costume didn't fit well over polystone.

Is there any way to find out of this PF is going to be polystone? I am absolutely not going to pay 600 bucks [including tax] for a PVC statue.

I think a good number of people feel that way, which if you haven't looked, is why I think the Pinhead PF says in the description "Crafted in premium grade polystone"

Just so you guys know, we only went with non-polystone on this because that's the only way to control the cut & sew printed element for the ENTIRE suit. Comparing this to a koto all-sculpt piece is apples to bulldozers.

We dont always advertise on the front end what the material will be because frankly we dont know, but the only reason we went plastic on the body was to get the suit made, otherwise it wouldnt have been possible as a cut & sew item.

Wonder Woman, Powergirl, any other "all sculpt" item will more than likely be resin, same for 99.9% of all the statues we ahve ever made.

Might have more.to.do.with the type of cut and sew. Like the entire suit is fabric. On their pieces the legs or the feet are usually polystone but this isn't like that. Maybe that's why? Not sure man just guessing really

^ this is my guess too

Do to the patern on his fabric, it was printed on to cloth. Forcing it over poly stone probably created damages to the fabric design. Thors outfit is leather/pleather... We know they can nail that on polystone. (Bucky Cap)

I don't think I want the frog anymore. I never should have ordered it. Feels like a waste of $100.

There is no NRD. Cancel Thor and reorder him alone if you want. I plan to cancel mine and reorder with rewards points...just waiting to see if they dish out any more codes today.

It wouldn't let me cancel before, but now that it is charging I get the option on the Frog. Good idea. Probably code worthy as well.

Yeah sideshow is getting worse and worse you would think with all this new statue companies they would have keep their quality to standards but i guess they are just so confident in their market share i like the way the statue looks when you throw a big object i have seen people use their other hand to aim or balance their weight before they throw it now the sword looks horrible they should have gone for a different portrait maybe an old thor or angry portrait if this statue is confirmed pvc i wil have to cancel and shield sticker captain america as well maybe even hulk and everythibg else i have pre ordered and will get all the money and get one the older premium formats i would rather have one good quality statue than some over priced plastic toys
