Thor PF possibly land up on Second Chance?

Do you think Thor (reg or ex) will be on Second Chance in the near future like the Lord of Darkness PF exclusive was?

You never though. Stranger things have happened before, but with SideShow building up so much popularity over the last few years, and the fact this is a big A-lister. I believe these won't go up on Second Chance, and I mean the regular. Since the exclusive will never see that light of day.

It will. Its the natural progression of Sideshow pieces. A lot of people live by the FREAKS code that states do not cancel until the absolute last minute which always translates into 2nd Chance offers on even the most appreciated and loved items. How many is always the question but they always do. Look at the Aragorn piece for example, the regular sold out. The Exclusive 2nd Chance. Thats how SSC usually rolls.

The regular may be on second chance, but I don't see the exclusives making it. Exclusive Cap didn't and there was 850, and as much hyped as that piece was, the Thor PF has more hype going for it. Also, SideShow has a broader customer base since 2007.

But if the Thor ex does make the second chance, then good for those on the waitlist. Just don't get people's hopes up or you may have an angry mob at your door. So Mike, what is your home address? *pssst men, ready the pitchforks, shovels, and stakes*

i love the "quit stealing our bandwidth" warnings like that...they crack me up.

I think there should be enough waitlisters for the EX version so it will not go to 2nd chance....the regular may but once pics start surfacing of it in-hand, I don't think the regular will be on 2nd chance for too long.

I'm very nervous about the ex converting for me..... My order converted for the regular a couple days ago, but I'm just really not too certain that the ex will convert. It seems to be getting SOOO much hype.... But as already stated, only time will tell. I'm positive people WILL cancel their orders when it comes closer to shipping time, I just don't know if ENOUGH people will cancel to get far enought down the WL to get to me But I'm waiting......

I think it will go up on Second Chance, but has nothing to do about the quality or the popularity of the piece, in this case. It is, like Mike has said, a natural progression of things. For items in the 300 dollar range and up, cancellations are much more frequent.

Not a chance. Many ordered, A few will cancel, Many are on waitlist, Small ES.

Don't forget guys, if everything goes as planned, Thor will start to ship within 3 weeks. I can't WAIT to get mine. Doing my best to come up with the $350 bucks for the exclusive version.

i really don't see too many waitlists convertong on this one, but you never know. when you combine a big hitter like thor and a low es for the exclusive, it seems like most people will do what they can to keep from having to lose their pre-order.

There will be some second chance action on Thor. I suspect that many got on both the Ex and Reg waitlist and will cancel the other once one converts. And some simply won't have the funds avaliable when needed. The Red Skull was hyped and the action on Ebay has been lukewarm. $280 -$350 bucks is alot of money with the increased food and fuel cost that folks are experiencing nationwide.

I wasn't aware..... A good AND bad thing. Gives me time to save, but other people time as well (which means less conversions for the ex)

It seems like many people passed/missed this statue? I assume most people that gave up on it the night of the newsletter put themselves on the wait list the following morning.
