Honestly. I really didn't need to see that guys blue **** flapping around half the movie. He wore pants in the comics. I remember being baffled when I saw these toys at toys r us but nowadays toys r us sells more mature things I guess.

Yeah blue sausage on Imax was a bit much lol

Always get a bit miffed at this sort of thing e.g. Disney/Marvel is a U.S. company but other countries get a first look. Tho I suppose you could say it IS completely U.S. to want to make as much money as possible.

The early release thing happened with TDW as well - released on October 30, 2013 for the UK and November 8, 2013 for the US. I half considered flying down to the UK this October for the sole purpose of seeing Ragnarok sooner. :lol

PS. Is it just me or LOL Cate Blanchett just seems to be having too much fun. Love the expressions she is having. And there goes another 200$ + for the fig.:lol

It's definitely not just you. ;)

LOL if it were Infinity War IMO the decision would be made - if I could do it, that is. I hafta cross an ocean$$$. Still, always wanted to visit the UK and like that.

And in theory Thor will have the first Infinity War trailer - in theory. And probably the Black Panther trailer that was shown at SDCC. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGHHHHH!!!!! :panic::lol:drool

It's coz there's been a demand for equality re nudity in films. Complaints about women always being shown in the buff but not men. Male frontal stuff is the new trend.

Not sure I can wrap my head around seeing a 20 foot green ***** in high definition IMAX tho and of all the things I would like in movies don't remember that being one of them.

The only thing stopping me from going to the UK to see this sooner is that there's no real predicting how comfortable the theatre would be (sounds like a lame excuse, but the theatre and its audience can have a drastic effect on how much I do/don't enjoy any film). As long as I can see this at my favorite theatre, November 2/3 will be just fine.

I suspect that IW will be released on April 25 for the UK - Avengers 1 was released on April 25 for the UK and May 4 for the US in 2012, so I wouldn't be surprised.

Absolutely doesn't sound like a lame excuse to me and I'm not a musician or a techie - but went to a Hobbit marathon at a "mini IMAX" ("fake IMAX") and while the audience was great, costumes, the whole thing - a "meh" picture and the sound was just blah and tinny. Never went back to that "upscale" theater was so PO'd.

I probably go to less movies than some, but LOL "I don't always go to movies, but when I do, it better have rich sound and a great big clear screen with comfortable chairs". For Ragnarok, BP, and IW especially IMO it's worth going to the "best" theater. I mean, what's the point if you're not getting an immersive experience? And a lot has already been said of some spectacular color use and visuals in Thor.

Id really like to see thor hump hulks ass lol

Meh, his weener was rather tiny on screen. Plus with all the glowing it barely showed.

He didnt always wear pants in the comic, thats a lie.

If that American History teacher looks anything like the character in the movie, any hunter in his right mind is going to think twice before pulling that trigger. :lol

Not around this neck of the woods! :lol
