It's pretty damn sad that not only Hulk can't get a solo movie about him made but also has to work as a green screen stand-in for every single MCU film. I hope he's not forced to work on AoS sets... poor thing.

Hulk isn't a compelling or interesting character to carry his own film.

Most of the time people are just waiting for Bruce to transform.

I like Hulk, he's one of my favorite characters, but unless he's fulltime Hulk, I don't want to see a Hulk film, so I rather see him as a side character.

. . .

Not to mention the Planet Hulk isn't just your regular Hulk. No Bruce Banner involved.

I have to agree with this lol. Love Hulk and i think he is being represented just fine in the MCU. And here he will even have more screen time for sure

I like Hulk.

On my top 5 favorite superhero list.

1. Batman
2.Superman
3.Spiderman
4.Hulk
5.Wolverine

I don't like his solo films.

I don't care about Bruce Banner's emo bull****.

Just want to watch Hulk fight...stuff. Simple. :)
Well sounds to me like you don't want Hulk, then, but Doomsday. Because that's essentially the distillation of Hulk's id with no human conflict.

If only Doomsday wore purple pants. :gah:

I'm just tired of Hulk's "human conflict."

It's like, just buy some new clothes and shut the **** up. Same goes for Batman's origin and mommy and daddy issues.

The struggle within between man and monster and the man trying to contain the monster within is great story telling it's just that nobody could capture it right.

A movie about a man fighting his inner demons is a great concept especially if it's the hulk.

But that's what defines those characters. If you just want a dark vigilante, there are lots of other options, though most do have some formative experience that drives them (Punisher, dcs Vigilante, Daredevil, Charles Bronson. . . ). If you want a detective, Elongated Man, Constantine, or Flash being a forensic scientist could fit the bill. Godzilla is a slightly less evil Doomsday.

So you want a Hulk with all of the totally-awesome power, and none of the totally-boring brooding? Marvel's got you covered fam!
