It's a comic property that went into the hands of Hollywood. You should be used to this by now.

Just enjoy it for what it is and what you thought may NEVER have gotten: a THOR movie.

I agree Odin's armor doesn't really look the way I think it should. It doesn't really bother me either. Who is to say the Norse gods don't keep up with modern trends?
