Yeah it's just a static painted slab of whatever material... Nothing intricate like a HT vehicle which is half that price or lower. Don't see how they expect it to sell.

It's just too expensive. Large WETA statues, like Arwen-Frodo-Asfaloth statue I eagerly await, are $600-ish.

Yeah, sadly the price on this is just insane. Add to which not only is it twice as expensive as it can be in any way justified as being, but it is coming from a company that has never made anything like this before, so who knows what the end result will actually look like.
