I emailed them and they offered it to me, whether it's real or not is beyond me. I hope it is, because I really want the EX gangster chappie. I didn't see the movie until after it was out on blu-ray and it was already sold out by then... I explained it to them that it wasn't fair to people who haven't seen the movie yet... This was their reply:

Don't worry about that. It will come together in the box when it's released. They just didn't show it. A lot of their figures at the show had some pieces missing as stated in the preorder descriptions.

Yeah threezero don't officially say they have wait lists but you can request if you try.

I tried before with 3A but had no luck in the end. No response at all. However some ppl did. It all depends if anyone cancelled it.

They are, they had a wip on a bench at 3a, there was a posted pic earlier in the thread. As far as them scrapping it? Who knows. In the movie there were models of both chappie and moose as well which leads me to believe that they were actually the 3a figures, when i saw them i knew we were getting figures of them.

The figures from the film, I believe, were modeled by WETA.

They are producing a statue of the Moose similar to the one they did from D9. It looks incredible, but I'd still like a 1/6th scale for poses and whatnot.
