ThreeZero keep getting licenses to movies that don't end up being very successful. RoboCop was a flop, the TMNT wasn't very well received and now they have Chappie. I think this film will do better than the previous two, but it seems a bit of a gamble to spend time on licenses that may not end up popular enough for people to spend money on.

Thankfully they do have The Matrix license. If they can get all likeness rights for the main four, this will sell very well.

They seem to want to stretch GoT and TWD out for a long time. I don't think it's necessary though, as they have so many characters that can be made, they could be producing 20 + figures for each line and still have plenty of other versions to make.

didnt know this thread existeed, subbed. i just saw the movie last night and i loved it. in the movie this was shown on chappies creators desk, also on hughs desk theres a figure of the robot he created. i will have both of these figures. i hope that theres ninja and yolandi planned in figure form, i would be so happy. i love die antwoord and have been to a couple of concerts here in boston.

i hope that theres a version of chappie thats "gangsta", or at least have the extras so that you can make him that way. maybe thell be some sort of ex, dunno, just wishful thinking i guess.

Deon. It'll just be an orange repaint; they could market it as a "test drone" variant and not spoil anything. I guess they could make a robot yolandi as well but i'd be a lot less interested in that.

I like Gangsta Chappie. I think the color scheme and wheathering looks great. Price slightly higher then what I would be expecting
