Just to ease some peoples minds, I had the problem of ordering yesterday with my money being taken out of paypal and the threezero site still saying "Awaiting payment"... today it is "Processing" so rest assured like many others have said the website just needs to catch up and then you are good to go! Thanks for all the help and advice from everyone here as well!

Yep, had to go back after ordering, no email confirmation from Paypal.
Payment confirmed now and Exclusive ORDERED!

This is really TOO easy to miss. I did it again - thanks for the reminder Pixelpiper. I'd have hate to have missed Ghost.

In case anyone missed the memo...

Make sure you confirm that the money has been charged through your PayPal account - if not, go back immediately to your order at Threezero and press the Pay Now button next to the order to complete payment.

If you have verified the money is out of your PayPal account and you have received a confirmation email from Threezero AND PayPal, don't worry about the "awaiting payment" message on your order status on the site - this will change to "processing" within a day or two.

Explanation of the above: The site may confirm your order within the browser but leave the funds in your PayPal account without completing the payment - at the end of the order period in a few weeks if the payment hasn't been completed (which you have to do manually as instructed above if there's an issue) they'll cancel the order. Don't get caught up in this snafu!

Having this posted every couple of days is a good idea. The site unfortunately continues to have the same old issues with payment acceptance. Don't know why, PayPal is super-easy to work with.

I pre-ordered the regaular from BBTS. Sideshow's chat said they hadnt heard anything about if they were carrying it or not. Ghost is cool, but I dont really have room for that big honking wolf in my collection, so I thought I would save $45 and go through BBTS.

Now where is my Dany?!?!?!?!?!

You could have just gotten the regular version through threezero for $160 shipped. After shipping you'll be paying close to that from BBTS anyway plus you'll have to wait longer.

How long does the Exc stay up on their site for?
I WANT this but cant string it yet til this wednesday due to incoming bills.
Sorry, am a newb to 3zero.

Congratulations on your pre-orders guys!

Jon Snow appears to be a pretty popular figure right now. Hope the line keeps going and going for a long time.

It's all upfront or nothing, right? No plans or split payments?

Through threezero it's ALL upfront during ordering. No buts, ifs etc

I ordered my exclusive through my local retailer because that's how Hk works and I can pay a small deposit.

Exclusive ver for international users must go through their website. Six weeks preordering window for all threezero products.

Thanks Chockles; I think I'll sit this one out. Current preorders plus bashes I'm coming up with just doesn't leave $200 laying around. I'd rather take that and get Ned now. Appreciate the info through, buddy.

It's cool. That's how this hobby is. Can't always collect everything. It never ends. Collect what you feel is right and the figures you love. There will always be a chance to get this one.

I dont know, Ghost looks almost to big. Still gonna order though, will just wait until BBTS gets it. Still need to grab Tyrion and Ned.

Threezero most likely quickly blew the image up just to give a rough idea and to let everyone know Ghost will be bigger.

Always remember that these images are PROTOTYPES. Not final product. When it comes to final release, the size should and would have been adjusted accordingly.

And I'll give you a little technical reason for this. With PayPal, you can only "Authorize and Capture" with an honor period of up to 29 days. That means 29 days between the initial transaction and actually taking the funds from a customer's account. Right there, that one basic limitation prevents companies that take pre-orders from using any type of automatic charging with PayPal. To make matters even worse, for those companies who might only need 29 days, PayPal only guarantees the funds for the first 3 days - that means when going to capture, the money may not be there from day 4 to 29.

Taking a credit card (instead of using PayPal at all) can solve this limitation, but opens up all manner of other issues, especially when taking credit cards from other countries.

I've used the PayPal "Authorize and Capture" system a number of times in the past when I knew I'd be running out of stock and there would be some weeks before it was replenished. It's much better to put through this kind of transaction with the item listed as "back-ordered" than simply telling people to come back later, as many simply won't.
