noticed same in sales pics(big hands and feet), pretty sure this is the same fig w/o any changes. the huge hands makes him look abit monkey-ish when arms are straight.

still excited to get inhand, love the character that much, i dotn even think likeness is that good. doesnt even bother me really. lol

These guys know enough about anatomy and human proportions not to make any of these kinds of errors - this is all original work after all, not re-using parts from some other release. There must be some reason they've chosen the proportions. Hmm..

Really? Sure seems like they're just the Ned boots painted black.

I have got the exclusive on pre-order, but I'm still hoping that before release they do some work on him to improve the likeness and -as mentioned- the oversized hands and boots. I'm sure that the guys at Threezero know enough about anatomy and human proportions...but so does Hot Toys, and when they make a mistake like this it's pointed out inmediatly, instead of sweeping it under the rug.

Did Ned have this problem? I'm sure they do know realistic anatomy and proportions, which makes this flaw unacceptable. If they were red they'd be clown boots. They corrected Ghost's size so I hope they will do the same here.

I have tried really hard to like this figure. I shouldn't have to try. I love Tyrion. Great figure. I hope the next figure captures my fancy.

I've written to them on Twitter and Facebook - no sense hoping if we don't let them know what we're hoping for. ;)

...and done, just some minutes ago. Any chance of seen further improvements to the headsculpt/painting like they did with Tyrion? I felt that Ned was a step down in that regard.

Tip: Find any similar posts on FB/Twitter and reply to them and "like" them to gain more traction.

Ned has big feet, too. But it's not quite as noticeable since he's probably a taller figure. (I'm assuming they're not going to try to pretend that little Kit Harrington is 6 feet tall with this figure.)

Crazy theory ... maybe they give them slightly oversized feet for stability because 3Z doesn't make figure stands?

Either way, that doesn't explain his hands, though.

i think its inexperience showing here, sure they are experienced doin 1/6 figures but not with fantasy/medieval style outfits. all have been modern military or the threeA stylized stuff.

I'm not seeing much action in the "liking" and replying departments on FB WRT the requests for 3Z to make revisions... Let's get those numbers up.

I checked him out at SDCC and he was standing right next to Ned. This was the exact proto-type figure we saw in all the pictures. His skin is very smooth but Ned was as well in proto-type if I remember correctly. Ned came out much better in production and I hope the same will happen with John. I hope they do a bit with the hair as well, at least paint wise as in the lighting in that case it looked too smooth and shiny. The cloak looked great in person and they did not show Dire Wolf at the show. The version of Ned and John shown did not have an orange cast, if it appears that way in any pictures it is contamination from the other things around the case and the lighting. The cases at the Diamond select booth are not easy to look through or photograph through and they do not put much effort into layout or poses either.

All true...can't add anything to this comment. Sums up the figure & Diamond Selects booth in a nut shell...Repped

Wait...I'll add one thing; Hopefully, ThreeZero will wise up and start having Sideshow display their figures if they are willing. Would do them more justice than DS.

Threea and Threezero are sister/associate companies but by the old gods of plastic they are not the same (specially right now with all the qc issues threea is having).
