Thats the second time I heard bad things about that Gandalf figure. Is he that bad?

I can only speak from seeing pictures of it...but basically it looks like Goku punched his head in on each side of his face by where his temples would be And the clothing is not screen accurate.

Granted, some pictures do look a bit better then others, but the one I saw his head looked pretty goofy.

*oh yey first post* Im excited for mine to arrive as well (Im in the Philippines). Altho in the meantime I get the feeling Im going to have to get a 'companion' for the imp. Anyone have any suggestions for a decent looking slave-- err lady/ladies with GoT appropriate clothing that can be displayed with Tyrion?

Same here. I'm from the Philippines too. I'd love to get an iron throne diorama to pose along with tyrion.

Welcome to the board! As far as appropriate looking clothing goes thats going to be a hard one. There literally isnt anything in the market that I can think of to simply buy and put on a body that will look GoT appropriate. Now, there may be something you can buy to modify or something. Or have a custom outfit made. You could buy one of those seamless female bodies out and make her scantily with some fabric or something. Personally, I think that would be tacky though.

@fiend: Sigh. True that. Ive been searching for a couple of days and found nothing close. I guess Ill settle for a 1/6th female warrior (like the Phicen Huntress) in the end since Tyrion always needs a bodyguard/mercenary more than a servant as long as shes one hot chicka momma!

@bruce: Have you checked out the Hero Club - Iron Throne? Kinda pricey... worth more than Tyrion >.< and scheduled for release way later in May I think. I do have a Mandarin chair for the imp to keep warm in the meantime tho.

I don't think that the stock sculpt is that bad and I don't think either of those look more like than the actor than the stock. Jon and Ned are in way more need of a new sculpt/paint than Jamie. I am quite happy with his figure.

I didn't think Ned was so bad, of the 4 I think John is the worst but still not horrible. For the prices when they started they are not bad at all, now the new prices are creeping up towards $200 without improving paint apps (which is really the problem more than the sculpt, its the paint!)
