lol Some dudes showing how insecure they are on their masculinity because a fictional female defeated a fictional male. Seriously grow up, you are starting to sound like the Daenerys haters who lurk every single Game Of Thrones thread on the internet.

:exactly:

Not to defend the horde of sexist got fans out there, but though Brienne, Cersei, and Sansa are three of my favorite characters on the show, I don't care much for Emilia Clarke (reinforced by the lackluster Terminator performance I watched a few days ago), and her storyline hasn't progressed as well as it could have IMO. So I think the annoyance with her is justified.

Wow, this was a surprise! And from what can be seen it looks like it might be a good likeness. Maybe they'll make the helmet the Ex.? I expecting Dany or Drogo, but this is a wonderful surprise. The cloth mail will look awful as it does with all of these 1/6 figures but meh. This is the first figure to break the rumored figure line-up. Good. I'd love to see a Brienne. Though I'd prefer her old armour WITH her helmet, but that ain't happening.lol

I'm actually kind excited now we know they're going off "script".
Now I can start hoping for characters that wasn't in the original line up. Arya, Robb, Red Viper, Jorah, Tywin, Cercei, Bobby B etc.

I knew I should have jumped on that Danerys custom that was being offered last year.

Hi, all. Here is my take on season 6 Jon Snow, pre-Battle of the Bastards. I made the armor and haired and painted the sculpt. Hopefully threezero will make it one day.

Outstanding work on that outfit, Zebraten! Loving that brigandine armour :clap

I'm not usually one for multiple versions of a characters, but I would buy a bloody/muddy version of Jon the moment Threezero makes him...which will probably be never.

Lost all respect for him when he let a awkward slow moving Female school him.

Not sure why that matters at all, but for one, he was injured and not even close to 100% and plus it was a pretty good back and forth fight, he didn't get "schooled"

Let's change that all up:

#1 It's a TV show. There is no #2. :)

It's incredible how many people are out there who can't tell the difference between a TV show and reality.

Just because he had a lingering wound on his neck does not mean he was "not even close to 100%." I'll grant he was not 100% but it's hard to say how diminished he was in terms of energy, especially with a jolt of adrenaline in a fight.

The flip side is that Brienne did not even want to fight him. Yet the Hound feels he's protecting Arya from an existential Lannister threat and fights with the requisite fury. Yet Brienne disarms him without any ferocious effort on her part. Then she proves more ruthless and/or lucky in the actual life-and-death struggle. Give her her due.

As for belittling 'reminder' from someone else about it being fictional, people still want internal consistency. Such is a sign of quality story telling rather than lazy plot devices that exist just to move the story along (J.J. Abrams does that a lot). It is why the Arya plot later this season annoyed many.

Also great custom, zebraten.

Well if he was really a good fighter no woman should be able to match him. Especially a tall awkward slow moving one. If the heavyweight champion of the world lost his title in the ring to a female would you still see him as the same guy after? He needs to kill himself or start wearing a dress.
