I would like to put this viking head on the Threezero Tormund figurine.
But I have absolutely no idea what to do.
I removed Tormund's head without difficulty.
But now I don't know how I will install Ragnar's head
If someone could help me that would be great

That's incredible. You should consider selling some of these or doing some limited runs on what you make. Doubt ThreeZero will ever get to a character like Sam. I'm sure you'd have buyers.

For those who have already removed Ned's head, is it as easy as the other Game of Thrones figures?
Because I saw somewhere that Ned Stark's head was not easy to remove compared to the others.
I already removed the Jon Snow v2 and Jaime Lannister v2 one and it was easy to remove, just pull without forcing.
Is it the same removing Ned's head as Jaime and Jon's? thank you for enlightening me because I would not like to break my Ned Stark at 300€ which I had trouble finding.

Yes, both Ned and Jon V1 are not easy to remove

You can uses hair dryer to heat the head up And use a plier to remove the neck joint

Why don't you just change their clothes? Ned's head is not fit for any neck, you need to find a adapter to replace it
