I got my Mezco Pinhead and I am entirely satisfied.

Not sure what that prototype is all about, but the finished figure is well worth the $40.

The mouth is closed too. Yeah, don't know what that soap dispenser Pinhead was all about. I may have to pick this up.

That open mouth pic says that it's a Pinhead that's shipping in Jan/Feb, and there's a pic of the open mouth head on the back of the Mezco box, it's a darkened pic of just the face. I bet they're going to do another figure with the open mouth in Jan/Feb. The closed mouth head is way better.

Yeah those thick pins are the only issue I have with it...for $40 anyways. Looks good.

Judging by the pics it's hard to imagine this Threezero figure will be worth the price difference from the Mezco. The quality doesn't look that much different to me. Is his dress made of leather on this one?

Mezco's isn't 1:6, it's closer to 1:7 also.

Well, considering they haven't shown him anywhere at all since the initial promo shots/announcement, I for one am hoping they're taking this time to improve him. I'll at least wait until the finished product is released before passing judgment and passive aggressively insulting it.

Companies want us to look at promo images and preorder so it's only fair to judge figures by their PO pics. If the actual product is better then great. If the actual product is worse then... well, nothing new then.
