If you're talking about the text on the product description on Sideshow's site, I'm not sure it means anything - Sideshow carries almost everything they put out, including Kim's other brand, 3A. If you're talking about news of a new distribution deal, then that's interesting, as Diamond have been their distributors even as recently as SDCC.

Talking about the Sideshow newsletter that offers the pre-order for Jessie Pinkman.

Much like the recent preorders for Asmus' LotR/Hobbit figures, it may mean they've got a distribution deal. Not an exclusive one, necessarily, but a deal nonetheless.

The fact that they're selling AMC figures might mean they'll carry the TWD figures. Obviously just speculating.

With the updated release schedule list, you can imagine how things are at the moment. If they continue to start preorders one after another in a short space of time, things are going to hit the fan. Just like 3A.
