And the first new episode has aired. What did you all think? I thought it was a good episode. It was over way too fast.

I'm glad that the love triangle hasn't been resolved yet. I was worried that everyone would just pretend it never happened. So it was nice to see that Lion-O wasn't okay with Cheetara's decision. He is acting like a spoiled brat about it but I can see where he is coming from.

It also didn't help that Cheetara surrendered like that during the fight against the generals. I know you love him, Cheetara and I think you're an awesome couple but that was seriously uncool.

Just finished watching the new episode and it was awesome! :rock :rock

Some thoughts:
The new generals are pretty cool, especially that jackal dude!
Panthro's arms look awesome although I thought the extending feature is a bit lame and the Thundertank... well we've only seen it in action for a short time, but I like the sleek design of the first version better. Although I could see this thing serving as somekind of HQ or something which could be cool.

Overall I'm very glad that this show is back! Can't wait to see how it continues! :yess:

Those new generals continue to be badass creepy. Unlike the lizards, you can tell that these guys are a real threat to the Thundercats.

All hail King Tygra, the most badass king of them all. Yes, I know he wouldn't stay king but I still think he is doing a fine job as king so far.
The trials were pretty cool. I hope that Lion-O will remember what he learned there and stop acting like a impatient spoiled brat.

I thought the Trials of Lion-O part 2 were even better than part 1. I loved the Pantro trial. Very clever.

The conclusion was a tad sappy but I'm glad to see Lion-O grow as a leader.

I'm still really digging this show. If it gets cancelled soon I hope they plan for it in advance and wrap everything up.

Remember that a lot of what we consider to be "classic" cartoons were only one or two seasons long. Robotech, He-Man, GI Joe, etc.

Wow, yesterday's episode was sooooooooooooo sad.
Poor Tygra. He finally discovers his origins, only to lose it all over again. I nearly cried at the end when everyone leaves and Tygra said 'Is it my destiny to lose the things I love?'.
I kinda missed the other Thundercats in this episode but I understand why it was just Tygra and Lion-O. It would've been a distraction to the story and it helped the two brothers bond more.

I have to say that this was one of the best episodes in the season so far.

Yeah, each episode so far has been great.

Not 100% happy with how Pumrya is portrayed. One moment she hates Lion-O's guts, next she is flirting with him and the next moment, she is back to hating him.

Not at the end of the this weeks show something is developing

Aww, that is pretty sad news.

I'll admit that the last few episodes haven't been as strong as some of the episodes in the beginning but it'll still make me sad to see it go.

I haven't watched the last 3 episodes that have aired yet but I'll be very disappointed if the show doesn't return. First they cancel Sym-Bionic Titan and now Thundercats too?

Wow, what a good finale!

I was shocked to find out Pumrya was on Mumm-Ra's side all along. Never saw it coming. I think it gives a cool twist to her character. I do understand her reasons behind her betrayal. As far as she is concerned, Lion-O left her and the other cats to die. So it's understandable that she wanted her revenge.
