i was tempted to, but waiting to hear back, and also seeing if i can use the first time users code, as well as the 25% off. it's making me pay sales tax for TX. bah.

evil evil sales tax online.
i like Bob more and more

i just purchase a 12" figure from them so i'll let you know. it was only like $30 total so we'll see. i know some have purchased from them before but can't remember what they said about them.

AVOID these scam artists at all costs! A few years ago I ordered 4 LOTR statues from them. Four weeks later and still no statues in sight, I contacted them and was told they had been shipped. After numerous emails [I couldn't call them because there is no phone number listed on their website, or anywhere else for that matter....a red flag indicator for any website] seeking a tracking number with no reply, I finally asked for my money back. Still no replies from them and no money back. I finally contacted my credit card company and requested a chargeback for internet fraud. Got my money back 45 days after I began the chargeback process. Titan Toys had those 45 days to challenge my claim, but never did.
P.S. I am not the first, or the last person they have done this to. I have read all sorts of complaints about them on various forums.

Thanks for the info. You've definitely saved us all a lot of grief.

Yeah I was ready to buy th Alien Warrior from HT since it would be pretty cheap after the 25% off, but after being scammed by places like Apogee I'm weary. Thanks!

Whew, thanks for the heads up woodsy!

I make it a habit to keep all trusted stores in my bookmarks. If I never heard of the store, I ask about it.

i just checked my paypal account and it shows the money coming out of my account but it lists it as "unclaimed" on TTs end. From reading the RS forum remarks sounds like this is bad news. if they haven't claimed it by monday then i will unleash hell upon them.

yes, email them to death and report them...which has been done already, as i've found out by a few but then again some have had no problems. i only ordered a 12" brotherhood of arms soldier for $30.00 so i'm not worried if it doesn't work out but would be pissed out of principle. we'll see next week.
