Seems like more bad than good. A year for a figure? WTF? I got screwed ONCE, by a dif. company. If I ever go to Austin, TX I'll find them and burn their children in front of them (all for a toy, I know!) but I don't plan on it again. And if a joint gets this type of rep., no chance! Not even gonna risk it.
 
does anyone know what "unclaimed" means in paypal...usually it has "pending". the money i sent still says "unclaimed" on their end. do they just not claim the money until they have the product that was ordered or something? or is where they claim it on day 30 so you can't file a complaint with paypal because your 30 day window would be up??

I'm not quite sure but I wouldn't be taking any chances. I would file a complaint with Paypal now...just in case. Hopefully you made the Paypal payment using a credit card.

I believe unclaimed means that they have yet to retrieve the money from Paypal.

Vader AL if the money is unclaimed, I believe you can easily retract the payment. I'd do it as soon as possible.

well it normally takes a day for most places to process an order so i'll consider this "processing time" and wait a day or so.
 
I bought a couple things from Titan Toys a couple years ago and didn't have any problems. Maybe they've gone down hill since then. :confused:
 
They still haven't claimed my payment via PayPal yet and i decided I don't want to wait for them to pull their heads out of their a$$es(didn't receive an order confirm or anything) so i'm ordering elsewhere.

anyone know how to pull payment back? i heard it mentioned you can and there was a link to RS that described it but I don't see a "cancel" button by the order in "History".
 
Same thing happened to me you gotta threaten the hell outta the *******. and MAYBE he'll send it back to ya.
 
well after 5 days and 5 emails they accepted the PayPal payment...now let's see if they ship the item. do they send "processing" or "shipped" emails to let you know it's being shipped?

well it's through PayPal so I won't let it get close to the 30 days to file a complaint for my money...it's only like $30 but still isn't worth taking my time up to get them to do what they should do in the first place.
 
well it's been over 2 weeks and all that's happened with my order was them accepting my paypal payment. i emailed them a few days ago and told them to send back my money or let me know when the order will be shipped and have not heard anything from them. also, when i try to check my order on their site i still get an error message....the error is not on my end either. plus when you place an order through their site you do not get an email confirmation. if they do not respond by this weekend i'm filing a complaint with PayPal and asking for my money back. these guys are ridiculous.

EDIT: after reading what i just wrote i realized it is ridiculous for me to give them more time and i filed a dispute with paypal and have 20 days to escalate it to a complaint, where paypal will step in. we'll see what happens.

I've been telling ppl about these guys for about 2 years now.
I can't believe they're still doing this. BBB time!!
