TMNT (teenage mutant ninja turtles)

They are essentially trying to envision a Rocksteady character that looks like a creature from Jim Henson’s creations, complete with an animatronic mask similar to what is used for the Turtles and Tokka and Rahzar. The closest resemblance to Rocksteady is Richfield (Earl's boss), who is also animatronic and shares a similar shape.

I like how people think bebop looks like the silly pig thing from power rangers. That thing was derpy as all hell

I did a sculpt a while back, trying to figure out what a TMNT '90 Rocksteady could have looked like, but trying to stick to the cartoon as much as possible.
