GB, yes, the "real hair" is detrimental, especially in Starsky's case but, look at the Hutch head. Its pretty close to dead on to what Soul looked like in the pilot/1st season. And the sweater is obviously custon knit/crochet so a bit of slack on that from me. Granted, personally i would just like to get my hands on the sculpts for my own customs. I've had Starsky's sneakers waiting for a long time for the sculpt that could put him on the shelf.
Imagine what Spence or Trevor could do with them!!

Agreed, the Hutch likeness is very good... Starsky's passable. But the overall package just doesn't do it for me.

Honestly... probably not. I like the show, but I've moved away from the more "guy on the street" figures.

Now almost exclusively sci-fi, horror or fantasy items.

I'd love to get that sweater... would make for a nice piece for a Dude custom.

IMHO that sweater looks horrible in this scale. Do you have better photos of that Dude sweater? I am interested to see the pattern on it. I have a feeling it could be recreated...but I need to see the whole picture to be sure...and I would like to try out my theory.

Honestly, if it wasn't for the face sculpts and rooted hair, I'd swear these were Megos. Everything about them looks cheap and very toy-like. And isn't that Pamela Voorhees' sweater on one of them?

Slap those heads on some tru-types, ditch the rooted hair in favour of sculpted hair, and buy some nicely-scaled clothing and you'd have some winners.

Jess, I can supply lots of pix of the Starsky sweater if you'd lie to try that one. Just LMK.

Please, IM--send me photos of the Starsky sweater. As an avid knitter I think there's a way to make that happen in 1:6 scale without having to knit it. I can't recall the name of the technique...I just know how to do it.

They've made Starsky look camper than a row of tents!
Ooooh get you!

Sent 'em Jess. Let me know what you think when you get them.
