I just wish I'd get the notice that mine will be ready to ship soon. The wait is killing me!!!

most likely you would have to fix and tweak things too to make it perfect

so be prepared and try to figure out who would be crafty and good to widen the front tires so that it wont sit too deep into the well.

because when the tires sit too deep its just plain ugly and looks odd, coz it made the body seem to big for the chasis y'know.

I can tell you right now I won't be doing a single thing to this piece. I ordered it based on the pictures I saw from other people who got theirs first and to me it looks absolutely fantastic. I'm certainly not going to start screwing around with a $2k collectible and ____ it up just because it's not 100% screen accurate. Honestly, the whole screen accuracy thing doesn't matter nearly as much to me as it does to some. I like impact display pieces and for me the Batmobile will do the trick in unmodified form.

I agree with you 100 percent there Brent , this thing Is just too awesome as it comes out of the box, I will say that the painting on the back where Jed made it darker instead of the silver looking thing did add to it and I like it but that's about it if anything , I'm keeping mine as is , it's way cool

The chrome side pipes look very hot wheels to me so I repainted that too as well as the gas cap

Go a few page back.
I repainted the car, the moment I brought the car home from the store.

Now I'm just waiting for the chasis to be ready since I fix the front wheels so it doesn't sit to deep into the well. Something that the stupid manufacturer f'ed up in big time during assembly.

I had to line up the steering wheel too.

Now for more custom work, I'm working on some interior work for the inside roof of the canopy. I'm adding buttons and stuff to be more like in the movies.

Reworking this thing is kinda fun I must say. The manufacturer dropped the ball and here I am fixing it up

although i would not touch my batmobile, as many would not touch thier cinemaquettes , as many of you know that i have, to make them to my liking , . you jed will have an awesome piece once done with it, and as long as your having fun with it and happy at the end , its cool and well worth it . , as i can attest to that , it is fun working on things

here is where it will all go, , kind of small as the batwing is huge, i will do some photoshopping first before i drill holes in the wall, but the batmobile WILL go where it is in this pic

thanks , it is pretty cool I also have one that says. the Steve Wang collection , and will be having one made that says. the sideshow collection, I had them made at my local trophy engravers store

Dude, awesome setup..BUT..I would be so nervous for you. That batwing looks so precarious hanging over everything else. If that ever fell it would take out all 3 of the other pieces on the way down
