More money for Michael Bay.

People will see whatever he makes, just to hate on it. Studios know that, that's why he'll be attached to this franchise forever.

I haven't watched any of the prior films nor will I watch this one.....bring it on :yess:

I saw the first one in the theater. It wasn't terrible, but so many times during the fights, I couldn't distinguish who the hell was who when they would roll around on the ground. And many have said it's the same **** in all the others.

I remember it being the only movie I was sorely tempted to walk out of. I really was on the verge of it, if I hadn't gone with my buddy, because it wasn't just mindless, it was legitimately boring. There was so much action that made no sense, and it just went on and on and on.

That was the second movie for me. Would have walked out the moment the racist-bots said something about being illiterate, but I had a friend I hadn't seen in forever in tow.

When will this awful franchise and Michael Bay die?

but, but, think of the children? robot are the future...we need em to know the good n the bad? cause there's always gonna be bots!

I really do not understand why Steven Spielberg still produces this garbage... I don't get it, i really don't get it. What does he gain from it? Money? does he need Transformers money that badly?
How can someone like him be totally okay with this franchise? why doesn't he try to fix it? WTF

I'm not really sure what happened in the last one.

You're one of the most intelligent posters on these boards . . . and you can't remember?

You can't remember that it was pure awesomesauce?

Remember: Toys no longer sell movies. Movies sell toys. (Or something pithy...)

Bayformers 1-3 were "Twilight" for boys.
"Age of Extinction" was the distilled M.Bay ride for those who grew up in 90s.

Regardless, it's the same movie over and over again, dumber and even more tasteless each time.
It's a big budget trash and has its audience, just like other trash franchises.

Someone somewhere is excited about this film. Spare a thought for them.

uhhh...

*raises hand*

But then again, I don't ask for anything from these movies other than seeing Optimus do awesome ****, so that may be why. Of course, I feel about Marvel movies the way most do about the TF series, so who knows what's going on in my head.
