I got this on Tuesday and have not played it yet. I think I'll try to get into it tomorrow.

finished this last night co-op with Josh... F'n amazing game. as a transformers fan, my dream come true. graphics were bad ass, story was fantastic... can't wait for a sequel.

only part that was kinda annoying was
the jets part at the end... i would have rather been in the main autobots group rather than jetfire (altho he's cool of course).

i'll be playing this one til it breaks.

:exactly:

Really?

IMO, it was the best level of the game! The flying segments were brilliant, even reminescent of Lylat Wars at times. All three characters were pretty well done, too. Wish we had seen Silverbolt earlier though; he kinda came out of nowhere.

yeah, i mean

don't get me wrong, i love jetfire, aerialbots, jets, etc... and all the characters were really well done... i just wanted more core autobot character missions in this first game (i mean, there's gotta be a sequel given how f'n awesome this game is, right?!)

Just finished the game, it was better than I thought, well worth the money.

The only thing is--I don't know if it was like that in the show, but there's a huge lack of melee abilities. It's mostly all a shooter and it seems to me that melee attacks should be more important than guns. I know I'm bringing up the Transformers movies, but most of the characters died from melee fighting rather than being shot. I think it would be awesome to actually have giant robots fighting.

Fair enough, though
I do think that the variety was nice. The Decepticon campaign kind of suffered with having the same characters for three levels. I especially missed Barricade, I loved his portrayal. :(

Btw, I hope the sequel will have levels where jets and groundbased characters can work together. Megatron and Starscream NEED to be in the same team!

Just finished the game, WOW i absolutely loved it.
If there is a minor gripe if you will, and I do mean minor, givin how awesome this game is. I thought Omega Supreme, was going to show up after you saved him, and fight Tryptocon at the end.

Score!!!
