The Caucasian Male, Caucasian Female, and Hispanic Male headsculpts will be available as you see them. The female in the silver suit and jacket will be available as a full boxed figure. We just used her to display the upcoming outfit sets for the time being. Pretty much any sculpts you see will be available sooner or later. [;) ]

Those who were inquiring about our heads on the CY bodies. . . if you noticed, we used CY hands on the Eva figure and we put the brunette head on a CY body. It's to show that the Eva heads, hands, feet and bootfeet are all backwards compatible with your existing figures.

We are also making replacement neckpins so you can use those awfully cool moving eye and hair sculpts on your Dragon, BBI, Soldier Story, Hot Toys, and even Sideshow figures. All in due time my friends. [:p ]

Darth, there are a lot of things behind the scenes that you don't know about. Just be glad that it's still in the works and take it as a "myth" like everyone else and you'll be a much happier person. Haha. J/K

ACE's body info was released about 2 months after ours and they don't get as much slack as we do. The bodies you see are all in ABS with plastic hands, heads, and feet so it won't make too much sense to release it in October 2008 now would it?
;)

so far, triad is the one with the banana stuck in their mouth. their body is over a year late, and based on the brad pitt and christian bale paint jobs, there is a good chance their factory paint jobs will suck.

i'll believe everything louie posted when i see this stuff for sale at good stuff to go.(and i'm betting their body will be almost impossible to get, as they won't make enough or delta force chung will buy them all.) so far, all we've seen are some really nice custom figures. :monkey2

I just received a bit more info from Louie on the new Triad Sculpts. As stated earlier it looks like the Jolie sculpt will be available in the future but it will be part of a box set. No telling what the outfit will look like or how many will be produced. It was stated possibly early Feb-Jan for a release. I guess we can only keep our fingers crossed.

The boots and silver body suit are already available from Triad. Sadly not the bodies or headsculpts. Glad to know they eventually will be though.
Triad is producing much more limited releases than SSC and is using a number of already designed items to put the boxed sets together which I expect makes producing them economically possible. I doubt they are in danger of the lines "tanking" anyway.
I'm very happy with my Triad products. I doubt many who actually see or purchase the figures and accessories will be unhappy with them.

maybe i'm mistaken, but aren't they producing three lines of boxed figures based on some future sci-fi war? ninjas, cyborgs and something kinda matrix/equliberiam type figures, right?

i wish them all the best, and if their bodies ever come out, i'll be first in line with my allowance money, but based on the recent past, unless it's military(mainly nazi) some old '80's action movies, or star wars, boxed figures have been a hard sell...just ask majestic, hasbro, 21st century, sideshow and blue box.

do generic sci-fi figures even have a chance in this market?

Wow!
Those Evos and Evas look amazing, and the costumes are fantastic!
I'm not too sure on the paint apps on Pitt and Banderas though, but those are not production pieces, right?
Awesome stuff anyway.

I just received my Night Stalker set, and if they can deliver this kind of quality for a similar price on a consistent basis they should do bang-up business. (The only gripe I have about Bloodrayne... erm, I mean, Night Stalker, is that the hands are very stiff and it was tricky to get those AMAZINGLY COOL METAL SWORDS' handles into them).

i REALLY hope they'll release the sculpt but i bet they just release the outfit. Callous has done some awesome sculpts of Ani, Padme, and Mace for Triad to display at these shows but they've stated that those sculpts won't be released so i bet this is the same. hope i'm wrong!

Actually on the Triad forums Louie has stated that ALL the headsculpts seen will be released EVENTUALLY.

Also Louie painted the headsculpts up - they aren't "production" versions as such so I wouldn't get concerned about the light coloured eyes.

There was a second Tomb Raider figure (the silver version catsuit) that Louie has said will be released as a boxed figure.

Metaphorge, Louie has stated that he specifically got them cast out of very hard plastic to avoid drooping. The solution is to boil the hands before putting the accessories in hand - the hard plastic means the weight of the metal won't cause them to sag. I boiled mine up and had no problems.
