I don't think people would really want that anyway. It was obvious that Rust was not the same nihilistic character at the end, and that quality was what people latched onto with him. It's like when people thought they wanted another Indiana Jones movie. Sometimes you have to let the characters you love go for their own good, and yours.

He was the same character in the end just able to express, a slightly more optimistic view but thats been argued to death in this thread

I doubt the Yellow King will be mentioned at all. Pizzalato has said too many times that each season is a self contained story.

In the same boat as you R, I feel like the characters and cases of season one are done and again, I just hope they create a character half as interesting as Rustin and make a dynamic half as good as what Marty and Rust had.
