Anyone remember the first pic of the T1 T-800 PF and all the crap is got then the big amount of praise once the photo gallery was shown?

I feel like the paint on the HS is throwing the likeness, the eyes and overall expression look pretty good, but the goatee area looks a bit too thick.

Not entirely true. Most that complained still complained after. This sculpt isn't even comparable.

Hit or miss with Sideshow and this is surely a miss

I think Sideshow made both these statues because of the figures. They were probably thinking since the fans already have the figures they would be more likely to buy these as a 'book end' to accentuate their already established collection

This is a good strategy, except that their head sculpts simply aren't up to standards, especially for the asking price.

This is a statue? The detail on this is superb. I kind of like it. What scale is this? 1:6?

Yep detail is amazingly sculpted,the face is off though,not awful but off imo

Missing aside from the likeness, would be the radio he uses to call himself pickup after the nuclear explosion, with the headset piece that runs from said radio on his belt to his left ear. So without that, he never contacted the resistance, they never send pickup and John would have died alone there. Also no rifle sling, he definately slings it when climbing out back topside. No rappelling loops on the front of the jacket for when he jumps down. Wrong amount of thermite charges on his leg, wrong amount of ammo pouches on his back.

Considering he only wears this outfit/gear for the first 10 mintues of the movie, and the missing things play a large role in his survival, I'd say this is a giant turd.

Actually I have to correct myself now that I think about it, he uses the radio on the down huey to call for help. But he still contacts base on his own radio to let them know whats going on before he goes down.

I like it from neck down. The likeness is way off. It's hard to keep the faith in sideshow This must have had a full team working on it? Yet Deckard pointed out so many inaccuracies.
