I have something almost as good...I have a relative who lets me use her debit card..and checking account. I don't make enough for taxes so all my money is " off the books "..freelance artist work has at least that perk going for it...if not much else. I don't keep any money in a bank...I had an account last year, but it was eating more in fees than I used it..so I closed it.

I swear I sit around thinking up ways to get one..my favorite so far has been elaborate theft or get a credit card, max it out on 1/1 dinos and then take bankruptcy...used to be much easier to get away with though.. ;D

Those sound like some good ways to acquire these pieces.hmmmm

So, back on topic, where's the Tupuxuara at?

I'm thinking SS is going to combine the Tupuxuara with the Apatosaurus, to create another diorama. Maybe have the Tupuxuara riding on the Apatosaurus's back.

I can't get any more info on what the hold up is right now....just no one's talking.

I do like the idea of a statue with pterosaurs or birds riding on a dinosaur. I see it all the time in two-dimensional artwork, but never three-dimensional sculpture for some reason.

It's a tiny detail that is easily overlooked...mostly because the scale.

Just figure, to make those birds/pterosaurs an inch tall the head on that Trike would need to be about 7" I think.

I agree though..I would love to see some small pterosaurs incorporated into a piece somewhere...whether riding or just flying in it.

Having birds ride on the dinosaur would be a cool little touch. I'd love to see a piece like that. Right now I'm just dying to see my Stegosaurus.

Just to show it again , since it's all we have so far :

Are the spines near the Stego's right leg the baby I wonder ? It looks almost like the image is blurred out there. I wish someone else had the calendar and could give us a proper scan.

And yes, I'm sure your haunted house patrons would be surprised by your soothsaying abilities.

I just want to see this piece in full view. Not knowing what the entire thing looks like is irritating me. Maybe I'll drive down to Sideshow's headquarters and see what I can dig up. Who's with me?
