The head is a soldier story head that I resculpted. The jacket is custom from an inception figure, pants are just some black pants I had. Shoes are aci shoes, gloves are br joker gloves resculpted and the hammer I sculpted.

A sneering expression or something mid-scream would be great. All you'd have to do is get him into one of those hunched poses with a 1/6 mic and you'd be set!
