99% of the time companies only charge you once the item is ready to ship. I'd be surprised if Tweeterhead charges up front...

I'll defiantly be getting the EX, extra $25 is cheap to have it signed by the Julie Newmar, although I rather have her signed the bottom of the statue then the certificate but it's still cool..
