I mean how will you ever be able to recreate the scene where they are hauling him off like a little kid while he screams "Wad de **** dide dooooooo"?

"You blabbed Quade, you blabbed about Mars"

Too funny! I love Arnold talk.

I honestly don't have too much of a problem with these remakes. They do seem to be doing way to many recently, and I really liked Total Recall, but I don't think a remake will tarnish the original. Never really cared for TNES, I'm kind of intrigued by these remakes actually.

^^^^ it, at this rate why not remake TDK too :lol

or reboot it in 20 yrs and have another Batman Joker story like the 89 Batman.

20 years is enough of a break to remake something I think. So far as improving the films, it could be done if NES is closer to the book and Total Recall is closer to the PKD short story, both remakes avoiding the original's cheesiness and Arnold's mushmouth acting.

I don't mind remakes. Its not as though the original films get erased from existance. I love arnie's Total Recall and likely always well no matter if the remake is good or bad.
