Definitely Barnett. At least Petruzelli did it by exposing Kimbo in an actual fight. Barnett killed Afflicition by pissing hot. And even worse: Barnett screwed everyone else on that card out of a money AND a paycheck because all the other dudes who had been training and paying money out of pocket for said training got zip when Affliction shut down their card/fight promotion. I read Afflicition might try to help some of them with Sponsorship and M-1 is going to try and add some of the fighters to their U.S. debut card (Aug 28) but they've even said most fighters they won't be able to afford. So overall.. Barnett did more damage and will have significantly more infamy imo. Plus he's a three time loser. So F' him.

Here's a funny tidbit: Once AGAIN.. Fedor is part of an org. that dies. 4th one too.

Fight Network RINGS = Dead.
PRIDE FC = Dead.
BoDog Fight = Dead.
Afflicition MMA = Dead.





Honestly.. I don't expect anything special from him in the UFC LHW division if he does re-sign. Rashad would beat him now. Machida would beat him again. Most of the top level UFC LHW guys would beat him. Hell I think even Chuck Liddell would whoop that ass for a third time if they fought.

Hmmmm.. this is interesting. UFC.com removed the Franklin vs. Hendo II main event from the 103 preview section. When they announced it.. they added it. But after the demise of Affliction and the Tito Ortiz returning talk, now it's gone. There's a huge rumor going around that it was removed because the UFC is trying to set up Ortiz vs. Franklin and Henderson vs. Belfort II (for a MW title shot). I think that would be a better card if it becomes a reality.

That would be awesome. I hope it happens.

Ortiz vs Franklin is already a much interesting main event imo. It has more PPV draw power too. The UFC definately wants that, since Floyd is fighting the same night. Make it happen Zuffa.

Yep, but if Fedor gets signed I could see them both getting cut from a title shot.

IMO Couture really wants to fight Fedor, Fedor would like to fight Couture, so if Couture beats Big Nog then let him fight Fedor since time isn't on his or Fedor's side then that winner gets the winner of Carwin/Lesnar (b/c carwin is going to beat Velasquez). But I could def. see Fedor having first crack at Lesnar.

Depends on how you define "loooong".. because what I've been seeing lately is IF Fedor signs with the UFC.. big IF.. that the UFC wants that fight to take place Sept. 19 at UFC 103.

I heard BEFORE Fedor was in the U.S. that UFC was planning on possibly setting up Tito Ortiz vs. Rich Franklin (205) and Vitor Belfort vs. Dan Henderson II (185). So iunno.. all rumors obviously so take them with a grain of salt. And a shot of Patron.

I'm in desperate need of a MMA fix. The 8th can't come soon enough. I wish there was a little more to the 101 undercard. Main event and co-main should be fun though.

M-1 Global are leeches. Even Fedor's brother Aleks said so. I hope even die hard Fedor fans can finally see the reason why Fedor still isn't in the UFC is because of M-1 Global and Fedor. Not the UFC. Maybe now people can see how rediculous M-1 and Fedor's demands are for dude to fight in the UFC. It's a complete joke. Talk about ducking competition. smh.

Yes they would. Maybe you don't understand what co-promotion with M-1 Global means. That's the joke. Because they don't actually do anything besides bring Fedor. That's it. That's the extent of their "co-promotion". They get paid as co-promoters.. for having one of their fighters fight in an org. How exactly is that "co-promotion"!? That's called leeching. ALL fighters have management. ALL fighters. So should all those fighters management get co-promotion credit i.e. their company logo/name on posters/banners, their company name announced at events, and their company given money + co-promotion credit for having their fighters who are signed to the UFC, fight? NO.

And not only that.. Fedor and M-1 Global want Fedor to remain an M-1 Global fighter fighting in the UFC. They don't even refer to it as an opportunity for Fedor to join the UFC. They refer to it as an opportunity for Fedor to fight UFC fighters. Fedor wants to represent M-1 Global IN the UFC. That's BS.

There's no double standard. Sorry.
