I think thats just viral marketing for a new movie. Pretty sure those videos have been debunked.

Then I heard something that sounded just like that. Lasted about ten minutes. Was further away and got closer. Loud enough for me to hear inside the house. Then it got softer. Then it stopped. Didn't fade all the way down first though. Just dropped a few decibles from the peak, droned for another 3-4 minutes, then nothing.
I made the effort to go out and look around, but it's raining with fog, so that got me nowhere.
