Hi, I am new to this forum and have a question about the T800 endoskeleton skull chrome/clean version.

I have seen many shots of the endoskull, from above, behind, from the sides and of course the front.

But does anyone has a shot of the underside of a Sideshow T800 chrome/clean version?

I am about to buy one, but am afraid to buy a polished combat/battle edition. I have seen that the combat version edition has the text 'combat edition' printed underneath. Does anyone knows (or better can show) what the buttom of this endoskull looks like?

Of course, when the sellers endoskull has the 'combat edition' print, I'll know it's not original chrome. But I am not 100% how many different editions there were or if the print can easily removed.

Can anyone help me out here?

It doesn't matter cuz a true clean version will have a rainbow glare whereas the polished combat one will not.

That's indeed a good one. I have thought of that myself, but the pictures he send me don't clearly show the rainbow glare. The light from his window or his lamps hinders too much, so I can't see if it has the rainbow glare. I have asked for new picturers, but just to be sure I wanted to know how it's buttom looks like.

But thanks for the help.

Surely someone must have this chrome/clean edition who can tell or show it?

WHat the heck is "rainbow glare"? I just looked at a bunch of pictures and didn't see any rainbows?

Sideshow only made 2 editions of the T-800 Endoskull so far. Yea as stated above the original chrome version has a rainbow glare under the sunlight or other strong lighting. The cleaned combat version does not. But it's not a big deal to me really. Still very chrome looking if the cleaning is done right. But yea. Combat Version will have that stated on the bottom.

The Clean version will have 4 spots of the blue or rainbowish colors. You will have the blue nut on the right neck piston thing, colors on jaws or teeth area and the forehead. I think the Combat version is printed on that bust. This is the clean versions base.

I own both busts. As for whats on the bottom... The COMBAT bust has T-800 and "COMBAT EDITION" on the bottom where the CLEAN only says T-800 as shown in sewbacca's photo in the post above. Hope this helps. Mike
