Reluctantly cancelled the other day with tons of other orders. Pretty sure I will pick one up down the line, and likely for less than retail. Especially if BBTS somehow get some of the exclusives allocated to them like they have with other pieces, and because I have some credit with them too.

I am trying to decide myself if I want to call the Dead PF line quits and just keep the 12" and pick up the couple I am missing OR stick with the PF line and drop the 12" and probably sell off what I have. Decisions decisions.

So many cancellations and thoughts of doing so. If there were not 400 of these plus the bloated regular edition, I would not have cancelled thinking I could get him for less down the line. I am thinking the next PF has got to be a female.

When I visit Sideshow building a last month, I actually saw the Dying Carcass in person and it was pretty gross. There is no way i could display that at home. I did express to the person that was showing me around that I thought SS pushed the envelope on this one and asked if they intended to keep doing the PFs based on the 12 inch line and the answer was " Definitely"

So, I love my PZ and I will wait to see another dead like the Security Guard or the Baby Sitter in the future or whatever they come up with. I prefer the less gross stuff....

Yikes, Im in the same boat as most of you.
I LOVE my Patient Zero PF. I missed it completely and it took me months to find one at a good price. That was the most challenge I had in getting a statue that I missed retail ordering on.

I was riding the high of getting that one when I pre-ordered this one.
Now that the bill collector (Sideshow) has come-a-callin' I have some hard decisions to make. I currently have about 12 Q3 pre-orders, and with other things shipping early or later than they were supposed to, I'm having to let things go.

I want to like this one as much as PZ, but it seems it's trying to hard.
It's also competing with Buffy, so that makes it even tougher.

Why don't you guys simply convert your orders to flexpay? They haven't even started charging the first payment yet, so shipping isn't for at least another 3 months, if not more. You'll buy yourself some time, as well as spreading out the cost into smaller, bite-sized chunks.

That still means that it won't ship until late September at the earliest, so that gives people an extra couple of months to save their pennies.

Flex pay only works well if you only have one or two other things coming. I currenty have two things on flex pay around and just got three statues this month plus another one next month for sure. I canceled this piece. I am officially dropping the dead pf line and just sticking to buying the couple 12" I am missing.

Yeah I just try in general to stick with the "If I don't have the disposable income right now, I don't need it" idea.

I'm sure that Flex Pay would be an option, but I just prefer to buy things when they hit if I have cash on hand to pay it in full.

If it were ONLY an issue of disposable income I would find a way to make it work, but like I said, this piece just isn't exciting me to the level that PZ did.

My order is on flexpay and they haven't started charging yet. In fact, they just processed the first payment for the Mola Ram PF, and we haven't even started paying for Gandalf the Grey. If I'm not mistaken, both of those PFs were solicited before UC.

It's weird, sometimes flexpay orders arrive sooner than regular orders (Wyatt Earp PF, for example), and other times we end up getting our items months after everyone else (Rambo PF). It looks like UC will be one of the late arrivals.
