Showtime has the best series.

Dexter is unparalleled, Weeds is freaking funny (although the quality of the writing is not as great as the first, second, and third seasons), and both Nurse Jackie and United States of Tara are awesome.

Really? Showtime has been pushing these both hard the last two months. Here in L.A. there are billboards, bus ads and posters everywhere. It's a good sign 'cause you know that Showtime is giving them full support!

Because of your post Ill I just literally just called up Directv and told them I was unhappy with my service and asked for Showtime free for three months and they gave it to me. Hopefully I can jump right in with season two. Thanks for the heads up.

Right on!!

You can always rent Season 1 on DVD (I know ) to get caught up. The whole first season was fantastic.

It looks like they are showing an episode of season one at 9:30, then Nurse Jackie at 10 and the new season of Tara at 10:30. Is that right?
