Leo Is overrated.

And that line was written by Joss Whedon :lol

Now that you mention that (I didn't know) it does sound Whedony and, if delivered by a Nathan Fillion or another Whedon regular, might actually have been funny. But Halle Berry and that character just doesn't do smarta$$ very well. The way she said it it ended up being one of the most anti-climactic punchlines I can remember in movies.

Possibly but I can't imagine Fillion as Storm :lol

That line was written for Storm, a character that isn't really known for her humor.

Okay, unpopular opinion time... Flash is ****e. Seriously, I binged the last threee episodes last night and damn, is this show bad. Bad, bad, bad. I still watch it out of some sense of obligation, but it's...ugh. I'd say that Arrow is also crap, but that's not really unpopular, now is it?

I don't think Flash is that bad this season, just very inconsistent. Going from 2 programs to 4 has really hurt the quality of DC shows.

Yes, Arrow is crap. It's now the Law & Order: SVU of super hero shows.

Yep. S2 has some good parts but waaay too messy overall.

I think Flash was really good but has quickly turned to **** the last few episodes. It wins best comic book tv show just for doing King Shark--proving that Suicide Squad could have had him in there but is instead giving us a crappy version of Croc. I don't think it's Arrow bad yet though and can still redeem itself. Not an unpopular opinion, but Arrow has been complete **** for a long time.

For me it's boring and cringy AF. More CW drama than super-heroics is always bad in my book. I can handle cheesiness in a show about brightly coloured metahumans, but I've got no patience for constant love triangles.

Best network show is debatable. S1 sure, but now? Eh, I'd rate AoS S3 higher (though S1 blew). As for overall CB show? Nah, Daredevil and Jessica Jones beat it to a bloody pulp. But yeah, Arrow is cringy and annoying as hell. I don't know why I even watch it anymore.

I don't count Daredevil and Jessica Jones as "tv shows". I consider them internet miniseries. If they were on tv they wouldn't be as good as they are on Netflix because some tv executive would **** them up. AoS is good but it took a long time to get there and they're still not utilizing other Marvel Universe characters like they could. I think Flash has been pretty damn good from the get-go until the last few episodes. I still think they'll turn it around.

We fell for the old "let's have the hero stand in front of a grave" trick. I seem to remember a commercial for Smallville doing the same thing before S5.

S1 I watched because it was neat. S2 because of Deathstroke. S3 because I had stuck around long enough. S4 had promise, but it has failed this fan...

Fair enough, but as far as CB shows go, Daredevil and Jessica are still leagues above anything else. Flash is good, but it gets a bit too cheesy for my taste at times. AoS was horrid in S1, but it's been picking up.

:exactly: :rotfl

I'm the Juggernaut ***** >>> Toad line.

Juggernaut line is way better :lol

I love when people use that Toad line to try and **** on the first FoX-Men, then you tell them it's written by Mr Marvel himself. I will say though, Singer is almost equally at fault for scrapping everything from Whedon's script except for that line :lol

The Juggernaut line was funny, but in a sad "we had to steal from an internet meme" kind of way.

The Toad line, that was one of the lowest points of X1 for me. I'm not really a fan of that movie anyway and haven't watched it all the way through since I saw it in theaters.

I have to agree with that's being said of the Flash here.

I think it's a fantastic show, but it does have a lot of dumb drama we have to endure, yet, the hype moments make me forget all that. So I think the CW ******** is worth sitting through to get the cool bits, characters are so lovable too, except for Iris :lol

And to be honest, the drama has made me tear up once or twice, but most of it is just dumb forced drama.

I wish it was more action, a bit more seriousness, and less drama, it would be perfect.

Yea, the Juggernaut line doesn't bother me as much because the entire movie is a joke in my eyes, so the line works well within the movie we got. X1 I like, and I think was good for its time but it hasn't aged well at all, plus, Singer had to deal with a lot in order to get that movie made, the budget kept getting cut as it was in production. I think it's easily the worst of the good X-Men movies.
