Agree...Malek is a great choice...but as much as i love Craig's take on bond, he should have moved on after Spectre.

Bond needs a reboot with a new young pretender...I just hope the SJW's and "WOKE" mob aren't let anywhere near it!
 
It was only a matter of time when the Bond franchise would finally get WOKE!...

Firstly they get Phoebe waller-bridge(she was the obnoxious annoying fembot thingy in the Solo movie) to re-write the script...who in turn comes up with the stupid idea that anyone can be 007...Yep the first steps in destroying another iconic character and franchise.

I have questions.

Looks to me like James Bond is still James Bond. But James Bond isn't 007 anymore.

If this is some sort of passing of the torch to this actress as 007, doesn't that mean that as long as her films are being made (if she gets her own films, I have doubts that she will) then Daniel Craig always has to be Bond because they will still be set in his continuity? And yet since he is probably finished with the role after this...there simply won't be any more James Bond movies during this time?
 
Not exactly. Bond is retired and has to come back, so that ugly witch is the active "007." So there is still only ONE James Bond. It's all bull**** anyways. I don't care, make Bond a gay female and watch the franchise burn down in flames. :woo
 
I really thought (or was at least hoping!) that Broccoli and Wilson would have a little more "Cop-on" and not go down the already tired and failed road of shoving identity politics into another much loved iconic fantasy franchise.

For christ's sake have they not checked out what WOKEISM has done to Star wars/trek,Dr who,Terminator,Ghostbusters etc,etc,etc....
 
From what I've heard, it sounds like Bond retired ... and she's just the new agent with his old number. Not exactly a recast, in that case.

If I'm wrong, and this is really a recast ... I'm out. The Ghostbusters recast was a slap across the face to the longtime fanbase. This would be ten times the slap that was.
