Cars was the only Pixar I've ever been disappointed with. It was good on it's own merits, but compared to everything else Pixar had done up until then, it was merely decent.

Monsters Inc is my favorite... ratatouille is my least fav. not as funny as the others imo

To me, Ratatouille isn't a children's movie, which is probably why it wasn't as funny as the rest. It was an adult movie, that just happened to be animated (which I loved, wish more animated movies would not be made directly towards children)

Pixar movies are for everyone, it may seem that they are aimed directly at children, but adults can really enjoy them as well.

Here's some info and concept art on the short that will be shown with Up. It's called Partly Cloudy.

Sounds like another winner:

Pixar Planet said:
"Everyone knows that the stork delivers babies, but where do the storks get the babies from? The answer lies up in the stratosphere, where cloud people sculpt babies from clouds and bring them to life. Gus, a lonely and insecure grey cloud, is a master at creating ‘dangerous’ babies. Crocodiles, porcupines, rams and more—Gus’s beloved creations are works of art, but more than a handful for his loyal delivery stork partner, Peck. As Gus’s creations become more and more rambunctious, Peck’s job gets harder and harder. How will Peck manage to handle both his hazardous cargo and his friend’s fiery temperament?"

I think I'll see this one purely for the dog. "Squirrel!......................... Hi there."

Well the reviews are rolling in from Cannes where it recieved a standing ovation after it's screening. As expected all the reviews are glowing. Check out rottentomatoes to read some.

Glad its good. I actually am not as excited about this one as I was about WALL-E.

I expect nothing less from anything by Pixar. I can't wait to see this and the new short.
