Is the star on the shield somehow copyrighted lol

At first I thought they were blurring things because they thought it would prevent them from getting sued ... which is a pretty silly concept. But then I noticed the piss-poor editing on the "midriff stripes", so I thought maybe the prototype just wasn't finished so they tried to use MS Paint to put it together, and failed miserably. It's just really bizarre, there's a few photos where the stripes look finished and complete, but others where they clearly painted it in digitally, so I've got no clue what's going on here.

And why they used a generic blonde headsculpt, when the figure was clearly based off the photoshopped pic of Alison Brie as Captain America from way back when ... why they didn't take this opportunity to do an Alison Brie sculpt is beyond me.

There's lot of WTF going on here.

i’m guessing this character is Cap’s daughter from the timeline where Steve made out with his niece and then took it further.

The disdain and hate are obvious and typical right, wrong, and indifferent.

If I remember correctly, the inspiration/source is possibly a cosplay image from some time ago? I could be wrong.

SW TOYS track record for design and quality is uneven, but they've improved a bit over the years depending on the figure.

"Purists" (i.e., I will not buy anything unofficial) will obviously pass. I don't see any other brand/manufacturer following suit with a similar offering yet.

We'll know in a year if the figure sucks or not based on in hand production design and quality.

It’s “alluring” and makes you think of “sexy” so they can basically sell it with “sex appeal” … I agree it’s a horrible design. your eyes drift to her tummy your brain gets engaged.. subliminal selling..

Sex sells in 1:1 and 1:6 right, wrong, and indifferent.

No shame in admitting it.
