I remember paying $38.00 shipping for a 1:1 Samaritan from California to Boston UPS ground.

Looks like now will be cheaper to ship from California to Moscow than to Boston.

WTH what's up with this scam ???

I doubt it. You guys don't have VAT and duty at 33% to pay on top of shipping.

Seems cheap to me,and I don't see 33% anywhere.

Quote from US Warehouse (via FedEx)
SRP: $399.99
Freight: $7.79
Subtotal: $407.78
VAT @17.5%: $71.36
FedEx Service Fee: $10.00 (*estimated)
TOTAL: $489.14+ $25 Gift Card

Uh maybe that's why SideShow is giving you guys a worthless $25.00 card with every purchase.

I believe Sideshow mentioned domestic shipping rates will also be reduced due to their recent negotiations with the courier.

Wow really? when is international shipping going down? The last I checked, I paid $55 shipping charges for my 12 inch vader from the US to Singapore.

yeah whats up with the stupid cards

And sideshow shipped out three separate packages two me over the course of four days - 1st, 2nd & 4th of December.... unbelievably crap.

At a minimum they should let you combine gift cards ona purchase.

No. They just refuse to leave tags on my door, refuse to send my phone messages to the local office, then send the package back to the sender. Honestly, I would prefer a beat up box than no box whatsoever.

UPS does that. They also drive by my house claiming that they tried to deliver the package (leaving no tag of course).

I guess it depends on who is delivering the packages for the tag issue, but FedEx's inept and pointless "customer service" number really gives them the win in my book. You can't even talk to your local office directly unless you drive there. You can only call someone at a national help desk, who in my case, was unable to communicate something to my local office (though they said that they would). This local office, btw, is about 25 minutes away. At least with UPS I can call the local store or drive the 7-10 minutes to get there without a huge hassle.

I would say you guys should be blaming individual employees and not the companies proper. I've never had these problems with either company. DHL on the other hand, that's another story. :lol
