I didn't put the option for neither. If you were forced to watch one of them which would it be ?.

Van damme for me personally.

Van Damme had two good movies-Blood Sport & Cyborg

Seagal had four good movies-Hard to Kill, Above the Law, Out for Justice and Under Seige

4-2 Seagal.

The Belgian muscle for me. Steven 'fat' Segal can't even move. How the heck did he ever become an action star. And Van Damm had Bloodsport, the Kickboxer, Lionheart, Universal Soldier and Hard Target.

I cannot stand Segal.......his movies are terrible. JCVD is a badass and his movies are far better than Segal's.

Seagal is the man. In addition to being very, very strange (which I like), he could legitimately kick the ass of everyone in the room. Van Damme is a glorified gymnast, though I do enjoy some of his movies. Seagal is a misunderstood genius, Van Damme just sucks.

I've actually seen Segal in person. He was pretty fat. My dad got a photo with him.

I didn't even know who he was at the time ...

One thing I will give Van Damme: Seagal had a pony tail, but Van Damme had a mullet at one point. Van Damme gets the edge in that category.

Both are awesome, but I like JCVD more. Actually really want to see his new movie, can't wait til it hits dvd/blu.

Segal for me. I found Van Damme appealing for like 2 months when I was younger. Segal I still to this day find entertaining .................... well maybe up to the mid 90's anyway.

I'm not a fan of either. I did see very good reviews for JCVD... I wouldn't mind checking it out.
