Personally I can't stand Seagal, don't know if I ever watched a full movie with him. Van Damme on the other hand made some great movies like Universal Soldier or Timecop (yeah, I love that one ). Him and Schwarzenegger were my favorite action actors when I was little.

I think after they changed the suit knowing it didn't look right he simply wasn't tall enough for how they wanted it.

Segal was quite good in Under Seige, (but Erika Eleniaks' boobs stole the show), and I'm not all that fussed on seeing Van Dammes' oiled up buttocks in every film he makes.
