I hate Da Ali G Show, but Borat had me in hysterics. I'll probably like Bruno more if it's more scripted.

The scripted parts work seemlessly with the real...

Funny... Funny... Funny...

To see the true ugly side of people is both hilarious and oh so sad.

Good movie...

Just seen "Bruno" do an interview, this movie looks funny, I'm having second thought on waiting for the DVD, might just go to the theater.

The only reason to see this film is Richard Bey!!!!!!!

^^^^ Bey Rules. Someone, Please, Bring the Show back to TV and give Richard his due.

Classic show, had the sound effects 10 years before Springer ripped them off.

The best shlock show on TV. Put Bruno on the "Wheel of Torture" and then I'd plop $12 dollars to see it.

"WHERE DO THEY FIND THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

(Cue thunder effects)

All My Best... Richard!

Awful movie. There were, maybe, three laughs throughout. It just wasn't funny.

If you want to see Bruno, just watch the clips from Ali G on youtube. Those are hilarious.

LOL.....I dont see how it was porn. Unless it was stimulating in some way.....:dunno:

One man riding a bike that powered a dildo which was pumping in and out of Brunos ass, to his ^^^^ in a dustbuster, I just didn't find it remotely funny. There were little kids in the theatre whos parents literally jumped up shouting and ran them out. And all the scripting was horrible, so fake. Borat had that edge where he'd catch people off guard, this just all felt like bs.

I liked about half of Borat--the parts that felt genuine and not staged. I get the feeling that this one is even more staged and scripted than Borat, so I think I will wait and se it on video.

Correct..... Borat felt more "Real"... Plus the situations are in my opinion much funnier...Bruno was based more in Vulgarity that really funny situations. I was not very impressed with it to be honest.....

What idiots would bring little kids to an "R" rated movie????

Some parents are beyond ignorant.

Maybe little is pushing it, there was a father and his two daughters in front of me, they looked to be about 12-13. And in back this older guy who was there with a boy about the same age stood up and started screaming, like at the screen. It was bad.

I talked my dad into taking me to R rated movies as a kid, he had to worry about John McClane blowing a head apart. This was just over the top, made Doc Manhattans ^^^^^ situation look like Disney work.

I very much feel that in comedy, you can never draw a line of what is or isn't funny or else anyone can complain and you can't talk about anything touchy and it all becomes BS. But that doesn't mean you cannot use discretion. I drew the line at them using a dildo to rock a baby in his cradle. This was nothing more then a love letter to Sasha's own gayness.

I feel he went from one of the most genius comedians around to absolute lowest level gutter trash that isn't even remotely funny. He traded comedy for shock value and failed miserably.

Parents taking a kid to a film that they know is like Borat is pretty irresponsible.

A lot of it was over the top, but I laughed out loud at a lot of things. The UFC stunt was pretty funny, although looked like they could have really gotten hurt with all that stuff flying at them.

It's not like a real comedy where you get invested in the characters, and you feel kind of slimey enjoying it - but Cohen is a master at this type of stuff. Give me him over the Jackass boys any day of the week.

I just watched it last week and it wasnt really that good compared to Borat, felt it was staged too much.

I totally agree. I think he was so busy trying to shock the audience that he forgot to be funny and clever. It all felt flat, forced and--worst of all for a mockumentary--staged.

I did laugh at the mom trying to get her child an acting gig. That was horrifying.

I saw this mother who brought her 8-10 yrs old son to watch it and I was like WTF? I can't believe she let their son watch these kinda movies. That's some terrible parenting.
