so 702 freaks, what statues do you like to collect? for me, i'm pretty much into the street fighter/darkstalkers line. i only started collecting about 3-4 months ago and so far have cammy, ken, vega, zangief, and morrigan. i'm supposed to receive felicia pretty soon and i'm patiently waiting for guile to be shipped.

Sounds like the beginning of a great collection. As for myself, mostly SS & SSW LOTR 1/6 statues, 1/4 helms, dios, pf's & a few UC swords and Topps autograph/costume cards. Other stuff I collect include Stargate, Robotech/Voltron Masterpiece, Aliens Aoshima, MR Star Wars & Transformers Alternators. I started off as a sports card collector and have since stopped, but I did end-up with some awesome rookie & superstar authentic auto cards that my son is starting to take an interest in. I'm also waiting for my 1st SS 12" which is the Iron Man Battle Damaged Exclusive being shipped in 3 weeks.

yeah i started collecting sports cards and memorabilia with my dad. used to go to conventions and sports shows with him all the time when they were in town back during the good ol' times of the riviera and the showboat casinos. then i moved to action figure collecting and then to comics. last year's comic con showed me how awesome these statues really look in person and have since become a fan. that's me in a nutshell. any 702s planning to go to sdcc this year?

I've been there, and yeah the area isn't the best.

My collection is mostly LOTR and Star Wars, toss in some Universal Monsters and unique items and there you go.

So anyone game for this weekend possibly? Any Vegas Freaks going to Star Wars in concert? I'll be there with my wife and kids.

i can't. i'm in the process of moving to arizona so i'll be looking for a new place this weekend. plus there's the phoenix comic con this weekend (lol), but not sure if i'm going from all the house shopping.
