Yes, in a fair world that is what would happen.

Kind of like when I turned you on to the existence of Slade Superagent only to have you find one at Groovy :cuss :lol

Some vintage figure updates... got 3 floating shelves from Cocoboloboy and dedicated one to vintage figures:

And now just one figure away from a complete set of Vintage Kenner SW figures!!!

Recently added Han in Carbonite, Max Rebo Band, EV-9D9 and Yak Face to the collection :rock :rock :rock

Joseph, you've really motivated me to complete my SW collection.

I pulled out my SW tubs this weekend and was looking at the figures and playsets with my daughter. She kept bugging me to pull more and more tubs out. :lol

I even bought 4 figures on eBay this morning. :rock

Kickass man!

It doesn't get too bad until you come up against the POTF figures... I probably spent more on those 17 than the whole rest of the collection :lol :monkey2 :lol

I'd still like to add a few vehicles to my collection... definitely need at least a Falcon, X-Wing and Tie Fighter. After that I'll likely be done with the Vintage figures.

I know what you mean. After a couple quick searches, I realized those guys won't be cheap. :panic:

At least it will be fun filling in the collection. I ordered a light tent off Amazon, so I plan on photographing these guys and starting that Kenner Appreciation Thread. :yess:

Well... I kind of overestimated the cost of the POTF figures; looks like once its all said and done they'll be at about $600. The rest of the figures approximate value is around $1000.

Yeah, I had similar numbers to that at one time...

I'd highly recommend the vintage classifieds on Rebelscum; a lot of great deals to be found.

That's a great idea. I registered there last year before CV so I could get some good information. I forgot they have a vintage forum. :wave

Yeah, it can get a bit confusing as there are people selling odd variants, Ledy figures, etc. But just looking through the threads you can find some killer deals.

Also, some more vintage goodness! Just won this lot of a complete loose set of Star Trek The Next Generation Galoob figures :rock :rock
Galoob STNG Figures!!!

I've told myself I'm not going down the variant road because I could go crazy and broke at the same time. I must say out of all "variants," the Polish bootlegs are the most interesting. :lol

What about variations? I have an unpainted knee Boba for sale. :wave

Shropty! :1-1:

Yeah, no intentional variants in my collection... although I did get big head Han as I prefer his odd look to the small head one and I would like the Lando with teeth, but don't have him yet.

I also have 2 C-3PO's and will have 3 R2s, but that is due to them being different figures, not just odd variants.

I have missed this thread! Oh and if anyone one is interested I am thinking about selling my MOTU & Thundercats collection. Both are very close to being complete. :wave Hi Slade.

Damn, alot of Star Wars fans and others here. Only vintage or maybe vintage look-a-like, LOL, is my 4 MUSCLE gladiator. If I look beneath, they might be 2004. Check when I get home. They're so small and easily reproduced, they might as well be worthless.

I kinna missed my GI Joe toys. Had a huge hovercraft that I sold cheap. And some kind of Joe 1 person Jet...huge engine on each side.
