It's arguing semantics really. It's more of a pride thing, what people call them, I think. The action figure as we know it was termed as such to appeal to a male market where dolls, a historically girl's toy, wouldn't sell. The line that started this term? GI Joe, led by Hasbro in the mid 1960s.

by that definition none of figures discussed here are dolls because a) nobody would buy a thing of that price for children and b) all of them normally have age restriction on the box, and that restriction excludes children playing with toys completely. for example HT boxes have a note like "collectible figure. not a toy. not for 3 years old children. recommended for age 15 and up".

Been working out what I want to do with these.

Thinking one fully loaded and one lightly loaded.

I can donate one of the armoured vests to the Very Cool Black Shooter girl, to cover her bare midriff. Using OneSixthWarrior parlance - I don't want "tactical hookers". [emoji38]

I love most of VTS' figures, and can't help buying multiples of certain ones.

Two Epoch Cops, three Revengers, two Wasteland Warriors.

Two '95 Dredds on order because there's two distinct looks to be made. Under their DAM label I've gone for two of the IDF Combat Intelligence girls - planning to do that same as with Tracy with one loaded and one light.

Man that sounds insane. I was contemplating getting her for months but decided yes last month. Its just a great deal. So much to work with . i just got a phicen body do you think she'll fit well on it?

I've never had a Phicen, and there's a few variants now. In this case I think the jointed body would be fine as it's all covered, unless you take the jacket off.

Its experimental. Have you gotten any updates to when it will be released?

Holy cow. The head sculpt looks nice, but those legs! Definitely needs a body swap; but I'd be surprised if you could get those skinny jeans on another body.

It doesn't look any different in scale to the Pop Toys Xing body I have here.


I wasn't going to use the Judge kneepads, so that might help the fit of the jeans.

Looking foward to getting mine. From where did you order im waiting the details. Also the legs yes have seen to be very thin idk why that is. Very happy with the head sculpt indeed. I got the blue jacket version. Being in new York this winter ill nab s9me sweet shots.

What I neglected to mention is that she looks really good.

Really good sculpt and paintwork. It's undoubtedly intended to be Amanda Seyfried as the sculpt has that little bump to the right of her nose that gets airbrushed out of some (a lot?) of professional photos taken of Amanda.

Clothing is top quality, and, as always, a mass of detailed accessories. The guns are stamped with accurate trademarks and writing, and the SIG MPX machine pistol has a working spring.

Wish someone would make a youtube video on it. Dying for my dealer to get there shipment. So they can send mine to me.
