Got mine today and i love it :yess: Although it took me all day to figure out how everything goes on him,
i'm serious it took me all day.
I really suck at figuring things out when theres no instructions :banghead

Anyway here are some pics:

Congrats for getting this early, CG! He looks great. Soldier Story/DID/VTS/Art Figures usually don't come with instructions. What I do is look at the prototype photos of the figure to guide me in the kitting process :)

Thats what i did was look at refence shots fore help in figuring it all out, but god the worst time i had was tieing the gun strap to the butt of AR15
and getting the magnum gun holster looped onto the belt.
The belt loop for the magnum gun holster is very small and drove me nuts trying to get in on the belt, then after i got the belt
back on the final loop back through belt buckle is also very small and gave me trouble.

After that it was just the vest and some futzing but i love the figure now that its done :lol
You guys will hopefully not suck as much as me when you get yours and try puting it together.

Here is a few shots of the box:

Thanks i didnt take the time to try poses with the pistols or the knife, i'm one of those guys that sets a pose and leaves it like that for
a while. I do like the magnum though and will prob go with that next. Like luka said on onesixwarriors you will want to glue the pistol
holster to the other molle adapter cuz it will fall off, have super glue handy.

Don't feel too bad. I'm still messing with this figure (it came yesterday). I spent an hour yesterday, got frustrated with some stuff, and have since gone back to it every so often to see what I can accomplish. I lost (or maybe never received) one of the rail covers, and I am not sure where or on which rail they belong. I haven't attached the leg holsters yet because it looked like soo much fun...though quite doable. I'm not sure if I got the rifle strap on correctly. Not sure where or how the grenades or the pouches are supposed to go on. .............

Now I know how to keep the molle adapter secured to the other side (thank you!) though I might try hot glue as it is less permanent, but I still can't figure out precisely where it should go on the figure, how precisely both sides are supposed to go together (soo man holes!), or how it is supposed to attach to the figure.

Don't get me wrong, I love the challenge, and I LOVE this figure. Amazingly detailed, looks incredible, and you can't beat the price!

I just received mine today...Went to take it out of the box, and all the accessories in the lower tray had come out of their compartments and were scattered about...The big magnum seemed very flimsy, and then it dawned on me that there must be a pin that holds the 2 parts of the gun together when you pop it open to get to the cylinder...Anyone else missing the pin on their magnum?...

Sorry to hear that joe, yes the magnum is very realistic it features a chamber pin, working cylinder, removable bullets,
rail mounted accessories, and working hammer. I have no issues with my magnum as its very sturdy.
Hope you find it joe.

out of curiosity...If I want to change bodies on this guy to a beefier one, is there one anyone recommends?...Is the KP02 body good quality?...Or another brand that is good, besides HT...

I think KP bodies have built-in neck, just like most of the muscle bodies in the market including HT's. Unless you can mod the Revenger's headsculpt since it also goes with a sculpted neck, your best bet would be one of those Captain America bodies from HT. However, it would cost much, and while this figure is only $100+, I decided to just modify one of my spare bodies here at home instead of getting a loose Cap body from Ebay. I sculpted additional pectoral and back muscles, as well as shoulders/biceps/triceps on my spare TTM21. Its now waiting for my Revenger. I'll post pics in a while.

Here are some photos of what I did to one of my spare TTM21's in anticipation for the Revenger body swap. It's a stained body that I used as an artdummy for work. It got stained after trying it out as an upgrade for Sideshow Snake Eyes v1, which I eventually upgraded to a cheap Hit Figure muscle body.

I used Epoxy Clay WOOD, which is available at hardwares and is used to patch damaged wooden furniture. I use it for stuff like these as it's cheap (I used only 1/3 of a $2 bar for this TTM), easy to work on (you just have to knead it til it's even colored), and dries so very fast -- 10 mins and it goes rock hard (thus you should only knead small portions and sculpt it, or you'd have a lot going to waste)! After 24 hours I had it sanded to make it smoother.

Again I added mass to the body's chest and back, shoulders, triceps-biceps, and added a little contour on the elbows :)

I should've taken before and after photos, but the figure carries a black shirt much better now. Can't wait for Revenger!

Ok, if you've been waiting for Urban Samurai to get this in stock, check your inboxes! I just got my invoice this evening. Hopefully it ships out tomorrow. So excited! I've been seeing photos for so long, it will be great to get it in hand.

i paid for my hot toys jor-el about two months ago from Urban Samurai and still no shipping notice so don't get to excited. it will be a while.

I paid for my DX-13 from USH in November and I got it this monday so ya plenty of time.

I'm gonna stay optimistic. I assume you paid up-front for your figures? My status just changed to "awaiting payment", so if they get their stock in around the same time as other retailers, it should be in their possession now.
