Went with Monkey Depot. I chose Priority so I should definitely get it this week. This has been on my back burner for awhile and was one of a half dozen things I planned on getting eventually. With my 3 Wolverines, I got a nice little Marvel collection now.

I know what you mean with wanting everything, I been going a little crazy lately, just in the past month or so I got roadblock, wolverine, punisher, cobra commander, spiderman, a few bashes and have MOS on the way with a second wolverine

Can't get every cool figure that comes along but I sure do try

nice review Skull, one thing the .50 cal Magnum that comes with the figure is based on the version used at the end of the film which had the Knight's Industries kit on it, I noticed you had the top sight and the laser sight and flashlight for it on the M4 instead

Nicely done! I cut the fingers apart on the molded hands and put the gloves on them instead. Looks loads better but was tricky to do, will have to take some pics soon, I am working on making the M4 closer to the film version right now.

Which body will you use?

They all seem to have necks on them, so I haven't seen one that'll allow for a simple bash without taking a knife to Frank.

Here is the HT body that I'm waiting on. It's got the size and arm articulation needed for Castle. No cutting required

Yes sir, it's the body used on the Avengers movie version with the double jointed elbows. Should do the job nicely.

I think that is going to be the perfect body for the job, it will give the correct mass and with long ankle pegs the correct height to, Ray Stevenson is 6'4" so this guys going to Imposing on the shelf as he should

No its not a bad body, its of good quality and poses well with no loose joints. Its just not really big enough to represent Ray Stevenson as punisher, If you take a look at my review I show how the side profile of the figure is flat, height is standard to most average figures which is to short for castle.

Yeah I don't like the bendy hands ether, sculpted are way better, also the sculpted hands match the skintone of the rest of the body and also have good paint detail, even dirty fingernails which was a nice touch. Looking forward to seeing what you do with the M4

It's a good body, but just too small. This guy needs height and bulk to match Ray Stevenson, so HT muscle to the rescue

I forgot about that kind of HT muscle body.

Yeah, any of the Cap bodies will work. You have a choice between the different Cap bodies. I wanted the best articulation, so the choice was pretty easy for me. Now I just have to wait for the body to arrive

That body DA posted is the best IMO, however there are other options, you could just pop in long ankle pegs in the stock body and pad out the body with cotton or foam for the most cost effective way, or if you want something more solid you could use a ttm21, or the captain America body with single jointed elbows. But again the body DA posted gives you everything you need and with no loss of articulation.

Would a Christopher Reeve body work? He was 6'4 and I actually have one from the Superman I had to replace

That is a great body type to match stevenson but yeah, mods to the neck would be required, not impossible as some guy several pages back did that very mod using the ttm20 terminator body, that's is to big IMO but still it can be done.

The Punisher HS has a neck, so you would need to mod the Reeve body.

No mods required on the Cap body, but it will cost you some $$$. If you want a cheaper fix, then just pick up some long HT ankle pegs and a padded suit to go under the clothes. A few companies make those padded suits now and they don't cost too much. That should give the stock body some extra bulk and better height on a budget.

It's funny as I have The First Avenger on long ankle pegs, and here he is stood beside Frank. Frank on the DAM body is still a little taller, considering Steve is wearing a helmet:



Though the HT body would give him more bulk.

That body will definitely give him the bulk, but maybe not as much height as I thought. I actually have the First Avenger Cap Body with long pegs on another bash and he towers over almost every other figure I have, accept the new MOS. I guess I will just have to wait and see once I get the new Avengers Cap body in hand. I have a few tricks to getting more height if needed
